Method
- Grill halloumi for 2 minutes on each side or until you have golden grill marks on each side.
- Bake falafel according to package.
- Spread ½ cup hummus on each wrap. Top with 1 cup arugula, 3 falafel, slices of halloumi cheese, slices of tomato and cucumber and ¼ cup of shredded carrot.
- Roll each wrap, tucking in the sides as you roll. Secure each side with a toothpick and slice in half.
- Enjoy!
