In mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and mayonnaise until smooth.
Add grated cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Cover tightly and allow to sit for one hour before serving.
To serve, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh chopped dill or paprika. Serve alongside pita and vegetables or on top of a burger, gyro or salad.
