Method
- In mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add grated cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover tightly and allow to sit for one hour before serving.
- To serve, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh chopped dill or paprika. Serve alongside pita and vegetables or on top of a burger, gyro or salad.
