Smoked Salmon Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 10 slices thin white bread
  • 8 ounces hot smoked salmon
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. thinly sliced chives
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp. chopped dill
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • lemon wedges

Method
 

  1. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped herbs, a squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper. Stir until combined.
  2. Toast bread and cut each slice into triangle halves.
  3. On serving platter, arrange bread slices, smoked salmon slices and bowl of herbed mayonnaise. Garnish with lemon wedges.
