Smoked Salmon Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 10 slices thin white bread
  • 8 ounces hot smoked salmon
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. thinly sliced chives
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp. chopped dill
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • lemon wedges

Instructions
 

  • In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped herbs, a squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper. Stir until combined.
  • Toast bread and cut each slice into triangle halves.
  • On serving platter, arrange bread slices, smoked salmon slices and bowl of herbed mayonnaise. Garnish with lemon wedges.
