Method
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream.
- Shake for about 20 seconds or until ingredients are combined and well chilled.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Top off with lime club soda.
- Garnish with a flower, a pineapple leaf, or a skewer of pineapple and maraschino cherries.
