Mexican Layered Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refried beans (16 oz.)
  • 8 oz. guacamole
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cup black olives, slices
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Method
 

  1. In small bowl, combine sour cream and taco seasoning. Set aside.
  2. Begin layering dip by spreading refried beans in bottom of serving dish.
  3. Spread guacamole over refried beans.
  4. Top guacamole with sour cream mixture, making sure to completely cover the guacamole to help prevent it from browning.
  5. Top sour cream mixture with shredded cheese and lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives and green onions.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips.
