Italian Hoagie Dip

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ lb. deli ham, sliced into thin strips
  • ¼ lb. deli salami, sliced into thin strips
  • ¼ lb. deli provolone, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
  • 1 roma tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • banana peppers, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, black olives, chopped (optional)
  • cup Italian dressing
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise (optional)
  • 3 hoagie rolls

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Slice sub rolls into rounds and bake until lightly browned.
  3. In large mixing bowl, combine ham, salami, provolone, tomato, onion and lettuce.
  4. Add Italian dressing, salt & pepper to taste.
  5. Serve with toasted bread rounds. Enjoy!
