Method
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine ground meat, crushed garlic, red pepper flakes, fresh herbs, salt and pepper.
- Form mixture into patties.
- Grill burgers on a preheated grill or grill pan until you have reached your desired doneness.
- Warm naan on grill or grill pan until golden brown but still soft.
- To serve, place a burger on a piece of naan. Top with lettuce, tomato, red onion, tzatziki and top with another piece of naan.
