In small bowl, combine mayonnaise with wasabi paste. Stir until smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise with Sriracha hot sauce and a pinch of sugar. Stir until smooth.
Fry, bake or air fry house cut fries according to their packaging.
While fries are cooking, melt butter in a small saucepan with garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat before garlic begins to brown.
Once fries are cooked through and crispy, drain and place them in a large bowl. Toss them with garlic butter and 2 tbsp. of Furikake seasoning.
Serve with dipping sauces.
