Method
- In skillet, brown chorizo and drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and cook until transparent (around 2 minutes).
- Add jalapeno, salsa, milk and Velveeta cheese cubes.
- Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is completely melted.
- Pour dip into serving dish. Top with diced tomatoes and cilantro.
- Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
