- Preheat oven to 375°.
- In a baking dish, combine olive oil and crushed garlic cloves. Place in oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until garlic cloves are light brown and sizzling.
- In small mixing bowl, combine shrimp, garlic powder, paprika, red pepper flakes and salt.
- Carefully remove baking dish from oven and add seasoned shrimp. Stir until shrimp are coated in olive oil.
- Place back in the oven and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until shrimp are just cooked through.
- To serve, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve alongside crusty bread and lemon wedges.
