Who says kids are the only ones able to have an ice cream party??
This grown-up version of a milkshake is a delicious blend of coffee, chocolate and vanilla flavors. Although I think it is best when made with vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream could also be substituted!
Adding ice to the cocktail when blending will give it a watery consistency. To keep your drink frozen without adding ice, chill your vanilla vodka, Kahlua and Baileys in the refrigerator or freezer prior to making.
I like to use a high-quality vanilla bean ice cream – the creaminess of your ice cream will make or break this drink. Keep the ice cream in the freezer right until you are ready to blend to make sure your cocktail has a delicious, frozen milkshake consistency!

1.5 ounces Kahlua
2 ounces Bailey’s Irish Cream
1.5 ounces vanilla vodka (I used Smirnoff)
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
Optional garnish: chocolate syrup, whipped cream, cocoa powder
Drizzle your chocolate syrup on the inside of your serving glass. Set aside.
In blender, combine vanilla vodka, Kahlua, Bailey’s Irish Cream and vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth.
Pour drink into serving glass.
To garnish, top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and a dusting of cocoa powder.
Enjoy!
