Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the purchase date. If 30 days have passed since you made your purchase, we cannot offer you a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all items must be in the original packaging and unopened.
We do not accept any returns on plates, napkins, straws, cups, cake/cupcake decorating items or balloons.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Should you need to return your items, please contact us at info@luriaco.com to receive instructions for making the return.
Please do not send your products back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. This does not apply to orders made with a discount code.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@luriaco.com. Additional information and pictures of the defective/damaged items will be required.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item or items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
